AN INTIMATE GATHERING FOR FIRST-TIME CEOs·CENTRAL LONDON
The conversation you can’t have anywhere else.
A morning with eight other CEOs in a room with no agenda. No pitch. No frameworks on a flipchart. Just the conversation you’ve been quietly carrying.
[DATE TBC]·8.30am to 12.30pm·[VENUE TBC]·Twelve seats·Breakfast included
Every CEO I’ve coached has said the same sentence.
Usually in session three or four. Quietly, half-laughed at. I can’t have these conversations with anyone else.
Not their wife. Not their board. Not the friends they’ve had since university. The weight of carrying a 100-200-person business is mostly carried in silence.
If you’re recognising yourself in that, you’re not alone in it. Every CEO who’s done the work I do has felt the same thing. It comes with the role. It isn’t a personal failing.
This morning is for that conversation. For three hours, with people in the same chair. No fix. No advice. No takeaways. Just the room that’s been missing.
How it actually goes.
8.30am
Arrive. Coffee. Breakfast. No name badges.
Walk in, settle in, sit where you want. Most people get there a few minutes early.
9.00am
Open. Sophie shares what she sees in the CEOs she coaches.
Thirty minutes, no slides, no framework. The rest of the morning is yours.
9.30am
Conversation. Small groups, then the full table.
Sophie hosts, doesn’t dominate. Everyone in the room is in the same chair you’re in.
12.30pm
Close.
You leave with three conversations you’ve been needing and one introduction you didn’t expect.
Who’s in the room.
Who’s in the room.
- First-time CEOs of UK businesses, broadly 100-200 employees.
- Mid-scale-up, mid-shift, somewhere between Operator and Architect.
- Allergic to networking-event energy.
- Willing to actually say the real thing.
Who isn’t.
- Anyone there to sell anything to the room.
- Anyone bringing a co-founder or COO.
- Anyone after a Q&A. This isn’t that.
Request a seat.
Twelve seats. I’ll read every request personally. This isn’t first-come-first-served, it’s right-fit. You’ll hear back within 48 hours.

“Half the CEOs I work with told me, six months in, that the most useful thing I did was put them in a room with other CEOs. So I’m trying that as a first step instead of a last one.”
