Founder & ICF Executive Leadership Coach
I am Sophie, mum of 3, passionate about all things relating to fitness and health, love being outdoors, good vegetarian food and geek out on all things related to people development. I find psychology, behavioural science, and anything to do with people development fascinating.
I have spent over 15 years within various leadership positions and over 2 years studying executive coaching with the AOEC, in which I have completed 2 diplomas and learnt a lot. I am at my best when I am working on myself, whether that be reading a book, doing a course, being coached by a supervisor, or learning from others.
Those who know me best know my core value is to be of service and help others, combining this with 15 years of leadership experience and my passion for people development, Swinn Leadership Coaching was founded in 2023. I dedicate my time to serving CEOs & Leaders by take the hardship out of leadership with the power of coaching. I help leaders to get better work/life balance, prioritising themselves first before we then take a deeper dive into driving improvements in the workplace.
The Turritopsis coaching model is a tailored coaching model that works with the specific individual’s needs, wants and challenges. This model was formed to serve those in leadership and research within neuroscience, psychology and bio behavioural psychology have informed the creation of this coaching model. This coaching model has 3 core beliefs:
Everyone has unique gifts just like the Turritopsis otherwise known as the immortal jellyfish. Whilst we are not immortal, we do all have unique gifts, these gifts can help us fulfil our full potential and achieve our goals. To be able to access this gift you need to be working within the parasympathetic system not the sympathetic system (fight or flight).
To grow we must be challenged but to be challenged we must a first feel supported. Building psychological safety is paramount within the coaching space, creating a space where clients can be who they truly are, free from judgement. Challenge is provided through creative exercises of looking at a thing from a different perspective.
The goal remains flexible, we get curious about your values & beliefs and gain understanding about the systems you operate within (both internal & external). We look to find meaning in situations or challenges. We are always co-collaborating and co-creating the emphasis here is doing relational work.
Don’t take my word for it
